ㄴ 모든 작업을 할 때 마다 홈페이지에 있는 초기화 기능이 아닌 물리적인 방법(Ex. 외부 버튼)으로 공장 초기화 후 필요한 설정이 있는 항목은 다시 설정 (Ex. H734GP 운용 모드, RT-AC58U WIFI 비밀번호, RT-AC58U 포트포워딩 등 등)
ㄴ SKB (H734GP)와 ASUS RT-AC58U 를 서로 연결하는 케이블은 모두 새 제품을 사용하면서 교차 확인 했고, 사용 해 본 케이블 카테고리는 CAT5e, CAT6, CAT7 입니다.

끊김 현상이 일정하게 일어나는 것도 아니고 랜덤으로(* 빠를 땐 10분, 느릴 땐 몇 시간이고 최대 6시간까지는 버텨 봤습니다) 끊겨서 지금까지 잘 사용 하던 구성 및 설정을 1주일 정도 전혀 사용을 못 하고 있습니다.
한 가지 특이 사항은 H734GP를 브릿지 모드로 변경해도 H734GP 와이파이 신호가 잡히고, ASUS RT-AC58U 에 연결 된 기기만 인터넷이 끊깁니다.
(* ASUS RT-AC58U에서 인터넷을 제대로 사용할 수 없어도 H734GP에 연결 된 IPTV나 WIFI는 정상 작동)
인터넷을 완전히 사용 안 할 수는 없어서 임시로 사용하고 있는 설정은 다음과 같습니다.
외부 망 -> SKB (H734GP, 운용 모드 : NAT) -> ASUS RT-AC58U
(* 이 때문에 현재 NAS는 내부망에서만 작동하고 있습니다.)
추가로 ASUS RT-AC58U에 기록 된 Log 일부분 백업 해 둔 것도 같이 첨부 합니다.

질문 01) 2022년 당시에도 비슷한 증상으로 점검 받았었는데 문제 없다고 단순히 공유기만 교체 해 주셨습니다. 2024년 현재 똑같은 증상이 다시 일어나고 있는데 왜 이런 일이 발생하는건가요?
질문 02) 제 단순 추측으로는 DHCP와 관련 한 문제가 아닐까 싶은데 맞을까요? 또, 통신사 자체에서 MAC 주소와 관련하여 어떤 작업을 했기 때문에 이런 현상이 일어나는 걸까요? (Ex. MAC 차단 등)
질문 03) KT에는 자체적으로 인터넷 회선을 초기화 하는 기능이 있던데 SKB는 비슷한 기능이 없나요? 만약 사용자가 임의로 초기화 할 수 없다면 개별 문의를 통해 초기화 받아볼 수 있을까요?
